Position Summary
The Senior Director Saudi Arabia Bahrain and Oman (KBO) VCA is a key leadership role in the VCA GCC team focused on selling delivering and tracking high impact projects to our top clients in GCC with a particular focus in Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a motivated individual who will manage and lead the development of a segment of our business in Saudi Arabia looking at business development client relationship and project delivery. The individual will also play an active role in growing the consulting practice through development of team structures account management skills coaching and mentoring methods while ensuring standardized methodology to proposals project delivery and project impact measurement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the sales and delivery of high impact projects in Saudi Arabia Bahrain and Oman while resolving complex strategic problems and meeting business targets for clients
