Experience:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in VC-AV solutions, network infrastructure, and IT service management.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Expert understanding of audio/video signal flow, gain staging, codecs, and AV integration.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and service delivery processes.
  • Proficient in advanced fault diagnosis, root cause analysis, and resolution.
  • Experience in managing escalations and coordinating with OEMs and vendors.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco AV/WebEx, Zoom, MS Teams, and other conferencing platforms.
