Core .NET Stack
VB.NET – strong hands-on experience required
ASP.NET WebForms / ASP.NET MVC
C# Development
WCF Services – creation, consumption, debugging
SQL Server – advanced queries, stored procedures, indexing, performance tuning
Application Development
Strong experience building scalable, secure, and maintainable applications
Solid understanding of OOPs, design patterns, and .NET framework internals
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
