- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of hands-on technical experience
- Proficiency in ABAP development, including data dictionary objects, reports, function modules, BAPIs, and IDocs.
- Solid understanding of SAP data structures, database (SQL Server or SAP HANA), and technical architecture.
- Should have experience in understanding customized functionality in SAP B1 and create an understanding document.
- Write tech specifications if required.
- Should have a thorough understanding of tables, Views and other technical objects.
- Should be able to generate / extract data for migration activities
- Familiarity with data migration methodologies and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
