Role Overview

Provide tax compliance and advisory services to a range of clients while building strong client relationships, managing portfolio and leading projects.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellence of service to clients and build strong relationships both internally and externally; act as a major point of contact within the firm.
• Provide tax compliance and advisory services to a wide range of clients, sometimes using resources from a shared service team or via technology tools.
• Manage a substantial portfolio of clients, including control of client take on and engagement, billings, and identification of opportunities to improve recoveries, together with cash collection.
• Understand potential risks to the firm in relation to the firm's quality control procedures and raise issues to the appropriate person.
• Counsel, appraise, develop and motivate staff as appropriate.
