The Varilip Manufacturing Operator is responsible for operating machinery and carrying out production processes involved in the manufacture of Varilip products. The role ensures that all products are produced safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards while meeting daily production targets. This role will report to the Production Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere strictly to health & safety policies, including correct use of PPE.
• Carry out routine checks to ensure machines are running efficiently and safely and record / report findings or defects.
• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment used in the Varilip production process.
• Set up machines in line with production specifications and work instructions.
