Varicent Developer/Varicent QA

• Business knowledge of the sales compensation processes Writing complex queries to analyse and test multiple data sources
• Defining testing strategy in sales compensation test scenarios and test data Ability to work with Cross functional teams like IT, Finance, Sales Operations, Payroll and Compensation Systems
• Experience working in Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with variable incentives compensation applications such as Varicent, Oracle Incentive Compensation, exactly or Callidus
• Knowledge of software development and implementation lifecycles
