Project Overview:
We are looking for an experienced developer to build a 24/7 automated customer service website powered by AI. The core requirement of this project is to integrate Vapi ) for conversational AI interactions and seamlessly connect it with other third-party APIs to create a fully autonomous and intelligent customer support experience.
Additionally, we require a robust Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) fallback system via Telegram to handle complex queries the AI cannot resolve.
Key Responsibilities:
Vapi Setup & Configuration: Build, configure, and prompt-tune the Vapi agent to handle customer inquiries accurately and naturally.
Website Integration: Develop a responsive web interface and embed the Vapi voice/text agent seamlessly into the site.
Telegram Human Handoff (HITL): Implement a seamless escalation protocol. When the AI cannot answer a question or user requests human assistance, the system must forward the query and context to a designated Telegram group ...
