Oversee the design of Teck's Management Operating System (MOS) as the Manager in beautiful Vancouver. Leverage your leadership and design skills to enhance operational practices across multiple sites.
This role involves managing a small team focused on the development and sustainability of MOS across Teck’s operations. Reporting directly to the Director, you will ensure the integration of MOS elements and manage design plans that suit site-specific needs while ensuring safety and compliance standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive MOS documentation for all sites
• Manage progress within the MOS design workstream
