Job Description
Lead financial operations as a Financial Controller at On Side Restoration, overseeing Vancouver's finance team. This full-time role requires expertise in accounting, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
The Financial Controller will play a crucial role in the Finance team, managing essential functions such as Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable while ensuring timely, accurate financial reporting. Collaborate with the Director of Finance to improve processes and strengthen financial controls in a fast-paced multi-entity setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own monthly and annual financial close processes
• Prepare consolidated financial statements per IFRS
• Lead AR functions and ensure timely collections
• Manage the full AP cycle and vendor payments
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
