Elevate value selling at Ashby as the first dedicated Value Consultant. Define frameworks and tools for SaaS selling to empower prospects and customers alike.

As a key member of the Solutions Engineering team, you will drive Ashby's value selling strategy. With at least 5 years in value consulting, you’ll craft tailored business cases for enterprise deals while collaborating closely with Customer Success to ensure customer satisfaction. Your unique insights will help shape how Ashby presents its value proposition both before and after sales.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own the impact assessment process for value consulting
• Develop and refine Ashby's value selling frameworks
• Lead executive discussions for strategic enterprise deals
• Enable SE and CSM teams through training and resources
• Partner with Customer Success for value realization post-sale
