Define, and technical lead, product level validation deliveries to comply with marketing, architecture and system requirements and milestones
Take active part in relevant architecture and system forums
Design and implement verification and validation plans to validate design implementation is bug free and product will perform without flaws in all use cases/scenarios
Design and implement verification and validation environments, utils and infrastructure
Design and implement automatic failure analysis and debug capabilities as well as take active part in manual failure analysis and debug
Participate in relevant design, code and validation reviews forums
Technical lead and mentor junior team members
