Validation Executive

We are currently recruiting for Validation Executive. This position reports to the Operational Quality Manager and is based in Kuala Lumpur. As a Validation Executive, you will coordinate and participate in all validation activities in accordance with HQS, related GMP requirement.

A day in the life

• Review of validation documents, qualification protocols and reports
• Review of SVMP to comply with related requirements
• Ensure the validation SOPs are in compliance with GMP and QMS
• Provide guidance / support on validation, in terms of standards, approach and execution
• Facilitate validation risk assessment and deviation investigation
• Coach validation SME and functional experts
• Track the validation status as per SVMP
• Identify quality risks in validation projects and support risk mitigation
• Support internal & external audit as a validation expert and ensure successful audits
