Door Person/Valet Attendant | USA OPEN JOBS

Responsibilities

• Help guests discover their Wanderlust experience
• Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
• Interact with all guests; welcome each guest to the hotel as the bell person/guest services attendant
• If guests are arriving by motor vehicle, open the door as you welcome them to the resort/hotel
• Escort and orient guests to the front desk for check-in
• Park and retrieve guests' vehicles as requested
• Escort guests and their luggage to their room at check-in and explain amenities and fun facts about the hotel
• Work with other attendants to ensure each guest has a personalized experience and proactively open doors for all guests
• Assist lobby attendant in keeping the entrance area clean and organized
• Be proactive and go beyond the norm to make a positive difference...
