Job Description
GMI Attorneys is seeking a skilled IT Manager with a minimum of 4 years' experience to oversee and manage the firm's IT infrastructure, systems, and technology operations. The ideal candidate is hands-on, solutions-driven and familiar with the unique technology needs within a professional services or legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
IT infrastructure & Systems Management
Manage and maintain all hardware, software, servers, and network systems.
Oversee backups, system performance, and IT Security protocols.
Ensure minimal downtime and uninterrupted workflow across the firm.
Cybersecurity & Compliance
Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, antivirus and data protection tools
Ensure compliance with POPIA and other legal data-protection regulations.
Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits.
