Job title: Delivery Analyst

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum

Location: Field based

Contract Type: Full-time, permanent

Key Responsibilities

Business & Systems Analysis

  • Support the requirements gathering and documentation of Technology Projects and change requests, working alongside the Business/System Analyst.
  • Deliver, analyse, and clearly articulate business and functional requirements through workshops, interviews, and documentation review.
  • Produce and maintain high‑quality analysis artefacts including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, and process maps.
  • Analyse existing systems and processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
