The Vacancy Coordinator assesses/maintains the safety and security of properties by following the Residential Standards and Codes, as well as Occupational Health and Safety standards.

Scope of Work

• Effectively assess the working order of all components of a vacant unit, like structure, mechanics, site, and cosmetics.
• Coordinate necessary work or corrective action.
• Coordinate requests for occupied work through appointment with the tenant, or communication with maintenance and site caretakers.
• Coordinate occupied work between tenants and contractors to ensure there is minimal interruption to the tenant(s).
• Follow-up on coordinated vacancy and occupied work to verify completion.
