Overview

To support the development and execution of innovation initiatives within the VA hot segment, with a focus on innovation delivery, channel‑portfolio planning, and pilot activation in line with evolving portfolio priorities. The role contributes to business growth by coordinating consumer insights, leadning in product ideation and development, and executing market tests to ensure innovation success, while maintaining alignment with the broader Quaker innovation agenda.

With the de‑prioritization of non‑meal platforms, the scope of this role is limited to enabling big‑bet innovation success within the VA hot segment rather than leading strategic transformation, reflecting its positioning at the Assistant Manager level
