Summary

Your primary focus is to architect our Growth and Lead Generation engines, owning LinkedIn outreach and HubSpot infrastructure. This behind-the-scenes sales powerhouse role requires constructing, refining, and executing high-volume systems that deliver non-negotiable results. No sales calls are required.

Responsibilities

  • HubSpot Sales Operations: Create deals following DTConnect and DTCMvp calls, ensure all deals are captured and progress recorded. Update deal referrers and conduct consistent check-ins on open deals with the team.
  • HubSpot Command: Gatekeeper of our CRM. Create deals post-discovery calls, capture every lead, update referrers, and maintain a zero-leak pipeline.
  • Growth & Lead Generation: Conduct market research and build targeted Total Addressable Market lists by searching for individuals in the same company or industry.
