Job Qualifications: Admin/Receptionist (with VA Experience)

WORK FROM HOME

Education & Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or any related field (preferred but not required).
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in administrative or receptionist roles.
  • Previous Virtual Assistant experience (local or international setup) is an advantage.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar).
  • Knowledgeable in email and calendar management, data entry, and file organization.
  • Basic understanding of social media or online research is a plus.

Administrative & Reception Duties:

  • Can handle calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
