UX/UI Designer

We’re looking for a hybrid designer who blends systems thinking, sharp UX instincts, and strong visual craft, someone who can move seamlessly from problem-solving to pixel-perfect execution.

What You’ll Do

• Lead with Research:  Know when to investigate and when to move. Use research, insights, and data to shape decisions and elevate the user experience.
• Turn Problems into Products:  Translate user needs and business goals into thoughtful, scalable design solutions that balance usability, feasibility, and delight.
• Wireframe & Prototype with Purpose:  Create clear flows, wireframes, and prototypes at speed- communicating ideas with precision and intent.
• Test, Learn, Iterate:  Validate concepts through usability testing and prototyping, ensuring each iteration moves the product meaningfully forward.
