UX/UI Designer

The Role
We are looking for a proactive
UX/UI Designer
to drive our
UX/UI initiatives for internal backoffice tools
. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations stakeholders to improve usability, efficiency, and quality of workflows that support our day-to-day business.

This is a highly collaborative role with real impact: you will help turn complex operational needs into clear, scalable experiences, and you will strengthen our design standards across internal products.

Responsibilities

• Backoffice UX ownership: Design and iterate on core internal workflows (admin, operations, reporting, content/configuration, integrations).
• Discovery and problem framing: Run lightweight research (interviews, shadowing, workshops) to understand pain points and define success metrics.
• Interaction and UI design: Produce user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma.
