Job Description
Overview Facilitate design workshops with clients and internal project teams. Be the first point of contact for business to manage & distribute the work within the design team. Gathering and evaluating user requirements in collaboration with product managers & engineers. Be an expert in creating, analyzing, and testing the user journey. Help conduct Design research, usability testing, and user interviews. Conduct design audit and offer recommendations/solutions. Produce design assets including user flows, site maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. Rapidly iterate on wireframes and design prototypes. Stay up to date on the current UX, visual design practices, and trends. Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to functions & features.
