UX Researcher (Madrid)

About the role

The Research team at Fever increases revenue and customer & partner satisfaction by identifying, developing and implementing solutions that improve the experiences we offer – online and offline. We work with teams across the entire organization to make every experience 5 stars worth. As a UX Researcher you will be responsible for designing and executing research methodologies to answer our business questions. You will partner with teammates and stakeholders to deliver concise and impactful business recommendations. Working alongside our Product Management and Product Design teams, you will be the main driver of continuous improvement, implementing and tracking performance of your own solutions.

About you

• Relevant professional experience as User Research / UX Research / Design Research / Product Research / Product Development / Product Design / Product Management or similar.
