Role: UX Engineer
Location: Anywhere in India
Hourly Rate: $18.00–$22.00 per hour (depends on experience)
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a UX Designer on enterprise‑scale platforms or products.
- Strong skills in user research, wireframing, and prototyping (balanced across all three).
- Hands‑on experience with Figma and standardized enterprise design systems.
- Ability to work effectively with distributed, offshore engineering teams.
- Experience operating within regulated or compliance‑driven environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead UX research to understand user needs and workflows for contract analysis and sales support.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to define end‑to‑end experiences.
