Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced UX Designer to support the design and delivery of complex digital services for a public sector organization.

Contract: August 2026 – March 31, 2027

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead UX design initiatives from concept through production
  • Create user-centered digital experiences for web applications and online services
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, interviews, and surveys
  • Develop user flows, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into intuitive user experiences
  • Leverage AI-powered design and research tools to improve design efficiency and user insights
