UV Printing Machine Operator

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented UV Printing Machine Operator to manage and operate our Amica UV Color Printer (Innovative Digital system). This role is responsible for daily operation, color accuracy, production efficiency, preventive maintenance, and ensuring consistent high-quality output.

The ideal candidate understands industrial UV printing equipment, has hands-on experience with PCS6 and ColorPrint software, and can independently troubleshoot and maintain production flow with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the Amica UV Color Printer to ensure consistent production output
• Set up print jobs using PCS6 and ColorPrint software
• Perform file preparation, alignment, calibration, and color management
• Maintain optimal machine performance through regular cleaning, maintenance, and inspection
