JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as cleaner / utility staff. The role involves maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and sanitation of assigned areas to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for employees and visitors.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least high school graduate
  • With or without prior work experience (experience in cleaning or utility work is an advantage)
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
  • Responsible, trustworthy, and detail‑oriented
  • Able to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Clean and maintain assigned areas (offices, restrooms, hallways, common areas, etc.)
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces regularly
