ERM is hiring remote Utility Project Support Specialiststo support our client based in theDanville, IL area. In this critical role, you will be supporting the client by handling customer inquiries in response to our client’s utility line project notifications. Project information and training will be provided so that calls can be handled in an efficient manner. This is a remote part-time (20 hours/week), limited-term role for a duration of12 months, extendable.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage large amount of inbound and outbound phone calls
  • Track inquiries by using various software applications (training to be provided)
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
