The primary role of a Utility Operator at a Biogen is to ensure the safe, reliable, and continuous operation of all critical utility systems that support manufacturing and site operations. By operating and maintaining systems such as boilers, chillers, air compressors, water purification systems, and various gas delivery networks, Utility Operators play an essential part in enabling the production of life-saving medicines. Through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and routine inspections, we help maintain the environment and resources necessary for consistent, high-quality pharmaceutical manufacturing ultimately supporting the mission of delivering vital treatments to patients who depend on them.
