Your roleWe are looking for a Utilities Maintenance Leader for the Maintenance team, who will report to Maintenance Manager at the Mantova plant. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the utilities, buildings, and energy systems of the Mantova plant, ensuring compliance with Safety, Industrial Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards. Supports continuous improvement and energy optimization efforts.What you will do
  • Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of utilities and facilities equipment.
  • Ensure optimal performance of electrical distribution, steam boilers, compressors, HVAC, water, gas, air and cold systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors for infrastructure maintenance and energy-related projects.
