Utilities and Equipment Engineer

We are looking for a Utilities and Equipment Engineer to lead and enhance our manufacturing engineering and utilities operations, ensuring world-class performance, safety, efficiency, and compliance across the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall management, maintenance, optimization, and continuous improvement of plant engineering and utility systems, including power, compressed air, chilled water, refrigeration, water treatment, and wastewater treatment .
• Drive Autonomous and Preventive Maintenance (CMMS) programs to ensure equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and maintain up-to-date maintenance standards.
• Oversee the performance and efficiency of refrigeration and HVAC systems , while identifying opportunities for upgrades and capability enhancement.
• Ensure uninterrupted and compliant operation of all utility systems to support manufacturing requirements.
