Salary Range : up to ₱85,000
Work Setup : Onsite
Shift Schedule : Night Shift (Mon-Fri, fixed weekends off)
Location : Taguig City
The role
The USRN Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving clinical and operational training programs that align with organizational goals. This role ensures that new hires and existing staff meet performance standards, regulatory requirements, and business KPIs within a US healthcare support environment. The trainer serves as a subject matter expert, mentor, and performance partner to operations and leadership teams.
