Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management

  • Oversee daily operations of USRN/PHRN teams across multiple accounts or programs
  • Ensure achievement of KPIs, SLAs, productivity, quality, and turnaround time targets
  • Manage workforce planning, staffing, scheduling, and capacity forecasting
  • Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies

People & Leadership Management

  • Lead, coach, and develop Team Leads, Senior Nurses, and support staff
  • Conduct performance evaluations and manage disciplinary actions as needed
  • Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning

Clinical Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to U.S. clinical guidelines, client protocols, and regulatory standards (CMS, HIPAA, NCQA)
