Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven US IT Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in handling end-to-end recruitment for the US market. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and submitting candidates for various IT requirements across different tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
Key Responsibilities:
Handle complete US IT recruitment lifecycle.
Work on direct client requirements and implementation partner requirements.
Source candidates through job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical screenings.
Negotiate rates/salary and work terms with candidates.
Submit candidates to vendors/clients and follow up for feedback.
