Minimum Qualifications
Education
+ High School Diploma or equivalent required
+ Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred
+ Relevant technical certifications or trade school training encouraged
Experience (One of the following)
+ 1+ year of Service Desk experience
