Location:Peterlee
Hours:Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday), with 1 in 6 weeks on call
Salary: up to £26, (Dependant on level of experience)

As a User Services Analyst, you’ll manage and support our IT devices, including laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile phones, ensuring smooth operations and excellent user experiences.

Your role will include:

  • Handling service desk tickets, resolve issues promptly, and provide timely updates while using feedback to improve service quality
  • Maintaining documentation, troubleshoot problems, and manage the lifecycle of devices, including upgrades and relocations
