Overview

Behaviour Interactive is a Montreal-based game development studio with over 1200 employees and studios in Toronto, Rotterdam, and the UK. Our two core focuses are Services and Original Games. The Services team collaborates with Disney, Sony, Activision, and Nintendo, delivering work-for-hire development and immersive location-based entertainment (LBE). Role

As User Research Team Lead, you will coordinate and lead a team of user research specialists supporting the production and live operations of our games. You will balance people leadership with research expertise, ensuring high-quality insights are delivered consistently and integrated into design, product, and strategic decisions across multidisciplinary teams.
