User Interface & User Experience Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps
• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Develop prototypes and mockups using industry-standard tools
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions
• Ensure design consistency through style guides and design systems
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Conduct A/B testing and implement improvements based on user feedback
• Stay updated with latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years of proven UI/UX design experience
