Nature Of Service
Define and plan qualitative user research to effectively inform the design and development of products & services.
Lead recruitment efforts to recruit and manage both internal and external participants.
Conduct qualitative user research independently (e.g. in-depth interviews, contextual inquiries, ethnographic observations, focus groups, diary studies, usability testing, remote testing, etc.).
Familiarity with mapping and applying design frameworks (e.g customer journey mapping, personas, assumptions mapping, etc).
Collaborate with UI/UX Designers to translate research insights into design (e.g. collaborative sketching, prototyping, user stories).
Communicate research insights effectively depending on project needs (e.g. reports, stakeholder workshops, videos, etc.).
Nice to have: Understanding of quantitative user research such as analytics, A/B testing, data-mining, etc.
