Join Ipsos as a User Experience Recruiter to facilitate talent acquisition across North America. This role supports full life-cycle recruitment at one of the top Market Research firms.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will interact directly with hiring managers and the recruiting team to form effective talent strategies. You will be responsible for managing candidate experiences from initial outreach to offer negotiations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive recruiting support across various roles
• Partner with hiring managers to refine candidate profiles
• Proactively source candidates through multiple platforms
• Assist with managing expectations on salary and offers
• Keep the applicant tracking system updated
Requirements:
• 2–3 years’ full life-cycle recruiting experience required
• Ideal candidates should have corporate or agency experience
