Role overview

The Senior UX Designer will make Lhoopa’s internal systems and external platforms easier

to use, faster to learn, and harder to misuse. You’ll redesign workflows end-to-end, reducing errors, simplifying complex operational steps, and improving efficiency across tools such as ERP modules, dashboards, ticketing, operations systems, and

partner-facing applications (e.g., broker, contractor). You’ll work closely with Product Owners, Operations, Developers, and QA to ensure designs are feasible, testable, and shipped with quality.


What success looks like (first 3–6 months)

  • Critical operational workflows are mapped, simplified, and measurably faster to complete.
  • High-friction screens and modules (ERP/dashboard/ticketing) are redesigned with fewer clicks, fewer edge-case errors, and clearer UX writing.
