Description

Design and prototype user interfaces for websites and cross-platform applications (web, mobile, tablet).

Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries and style guides while ensuring consistent implementation of design standards across all digital channels.

Key responsibilities will include amongst others:

Digital Channels and Technology Management

  • Maintain and improve day-to-day digital channel operations and functionality. Support technical changes for client-facing digital platforms and assess the impact of those changes on customer experience.


    • Customer Needs/Experience Research

  • Lead customer research initiatives by collecting and analysing customer and market data to understand customer segments, trends, needs and expectations.
