AjnaLens is looking for a Head of Design to join our Product Engineering team at Thane (Maharashtra – India). We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on design leader with 10–12 years of experience in building scalable product experiences and leading high-performing design teams. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in UX strategy, design systems, and emerging tech interfaces (AI/AR/VR).
This role demands ownership, clarity, and the ability to translate deep-tech capabilities into intuitive, human-centered experiences. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and AI/ML teams to shape the future of next-gen computing.
