Job Description

Davidson Technology have teamed up with a Victorian government entity to help them find their newest team member: A user access and request management specialist!

Based in Geelong, this role will offer hybrid working set-up with three days a week in the office.

Contact running through till December of 2024, extensions to be discussed closer to end date.



The experience needed:

  • Strong understanding of Request Management and User Access Control including scalability of catalogue items to support complex on boarding within a large organisation
  • Knowledge on available standards, methods, tools, applications and processes to make appropriate across Knowledge and Request Management
  • Develops and implements knowledge management processes and behaviours.
  • Develops standards and procedures to support content publishing across one or more platforms/channels.
