Job Description
A well-established dealership group is seeking an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to lead a high-volume Used Vehicle Department within a structured and professional environment.
This position is responsible for driving sales performance, gross profit, stock control and operational efficiency across internal supply channels.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who understands how to balance stock strategy, team development and profitability in a fast-paced dealership setting.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Profit Performance
Drive departmental sales targets across retail and wholesale channels. Monitor daily activity, enquiry management and closing ratios while implementing strategies to maximise gross profit and overall performance.
