Usage Billing Analyst

The Usage Billing Analyst plays a key role in supporting the end-to-end quote-to-billing process for usage-based billing products. This position is responsible for generating accurate quotes when required, entering order details into relevant systems, and ensuring flawless data flow across quoting, ordering, and billing platforms.

Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities

• Oversee the complete order-to-billing process for usage products, ensuring flawless and accurate order management support for both sales teams and clients.
• Manage the full order lifecycle, including order preparation, monitoring, permissioning, billing, credits, and cancellations for both new and renewal orders. Ensure all client orders are accurate for sales and financial reporting, while adhering to compliance controls and third-party guidelines.
