Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Record payroll, depreciation, and accruals.
• Prepare Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP.
• File federal and state tax returns (IRS and local).
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Post adjusting entries and reconciliations.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in public accounting
• Experience: Previous experience as an accountant for US companies..
• Must: Advanced level of English, both oral and written (B2/C1).
