Location: Gurugram

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days a week office)

Type: Contractual(6 months initial contract)

Responsibilities:

• Partner with US recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring and market needs

• Identify talent through sourcing strategies, including internal and external company

mapping, competitive intelligence, and industry/company benchmarking

• Build, own and nurture candidate relationships, staying connected right through to the

point of hire.

• Strategically develop target lists of companies and candidates through multiple channels

such as hiring portals, networking, databases, and company mapping

• Develop an effective pipeline and manage a database of key talent for frequently hired

roles within the assigned group.
