Job Role:Research for candidates through internal database, online job / resume boards (like Dice, Monster, etc ) and referrals.Good experience in hiring US Citizens/ Green Card/ H1B / H4 EAD / L2 EAD / OPT EAD or any US work-authorized personnel on a W2 basisMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment process across various IT skillsHigh volume W2 recruiting experienceHave good knowledge of different visas and immigration process
